PROCESS
Many2one engagement process, along with suggested timelines:

Discovery: To begin, the client and facilitator will meet to
understand what the client hopes to accomplish. The facilitator will
translate that into specific objectives and means of measuring
success. The facilitator will then write a proposal for client
approval, outlining the scope of work, the basic shape the workshop
will take, and the client and facilitator responsibilities.
Design: Upon acceptance of the proposal, workshop design will
begin, including development of final objectives and deliverables,
proposed process, corresponding workshop agenda, and recommendation
on pre-work to be put together before the workshop. This is
typically an iterative process, with the client involved every step
of the way, reviewing work in progress and giving feedback to the
facilitator.
Pre-work: Often it makes sense to work with the client to
prepare pre-work before the workshop commences, to maximize the
productivity of the time spent face-to-face. If this is the case,
the facilitator will prepare templates and a process for gathering,
compiling and summarizing the data.
Prep: During the last week or so before the workshop, the
facilitator will prepare materials needed to carry out the workshop,
while working with the client to communicate expectations to the
participants, and insure the meeting space is prepared.
Workshop: Typically, this is a 2- or 3-day event, the
cornerstone of the overall engagement, where the facilitator leads
the participants through the agreed-upon process to develop the
deliverables.
Post-session: Within 48 hours of the session adjourning, the
facilitator will produce full documentation of the workshop outcomes
and review them with the client. Client workshop evaluation and any
follow-on activities identified as part of the engagement take place
here.
